Sam’s two sons, Ojus and Tejus, run fgf brands on a daily basis and are responsible, respectively, for sales/marketing and for manufacturing/operations.

They are keen, bright entrepreneurs who have grown our business dramatically in two years. When we bought FGF from its former owner in 2004, we supplied one Canadian foodservice outfit. With Ojus’ and Tejus’ dedication and energy, we now supply more than two-dozen retail and foodservice accounts across North America with healthier-for-you muffins and tasty, authentic ethnic flatbreads.

Ojus Ajmera, the dynamic, MBA-trained, 30 year-old head of sales and marketing who, in addition to overseeing the demands of the day-to-day business, runs his family’s rice business – the second largest, independent, rice-growing producer in the United States.

Tejus Ajmera, the highly motivated, self-trained, 25-year-old head of bakery operations has overseen the construction of fgf brands’ new bakery and put into place essential manufacturing practices, earning the company the enviable top rating - Excellent! - from independent, third-party industry appraiser Silliker Labs.

Barb Druxerman, who has created hundreds of premium products for some of North America’s largest food manufacturers and supermarket private label programs, heads up our Product Development team. mushroom cap muffins
